Newborn Pictures

Two amazing women in our ward offered to take pictures of Ellie so they could get some newborn photography practice.  Of course I said yes and I am so thrilled with how they turned out!  They are beautfiul!  Thank you Bethany and Kiersten!  If anyone would like their contact info let me know!

Aubree's Little Incident

Our little Aubree fractured her arm a couple Sundays ago.  (Yay for temper tantrums.)  It was so sad and obviously from this first picture, she was tuckered out after the eventful day.  It was a pretty subtle fracture but still bad enough to require a splint for five days and then a cast.  She did really well with it though and it didn't seem to bug her too much.  We think she kind of liked the attention! :)

The doc decided to not take the cast all the way up the arm and past the elbow so that she could actually use her arm a little bit still.  He said though that often little kids will wiggle out casts like this.   I guess that means that is when it is feeling better.  Sure enough, Wednesday morning I was doing the dishes and heard Aubree say "Hey Mom!"  I turned around and she was holding her cast and told me she was "All better."  There ya go, she seems to be feeling great!  What a funny girl!

Little Miss Ellie

We are loving this new little addition!  Although it is a little hectic around here, 

moments like this one with Chace holding Ellie make everything worth it.  

                  

There is a lot of hovering going on these days.  The older two love her 

so much and always want to help her and give her hugs and kisses.  

Trav and I might have stuck Ellie in Aubree's doll stroller... 

when Aubree and Chace were asleep of course. :)

 My sweet grandma came up for a couple days to basically keep Chace entertained 

and give me a little break.  The kids loved having their great grandma here!

Aubree and Chace sure take advantage of the time that I am taking care of Ellie when they 

can get into some mischief!  (Don't you love Aubree's choice of clothing for the day!)

   

We've had so many wonderful visitors including some of my dear best friends from way back.
