Mr. Smarty Pants

Chace continues to amaze us everyday by what he can figure out!  Who knew kids were this smart at this age!  Here's what we found after I had made a sandwich for Trav yesterday (yes, a very fancy ham and cheese) and left the kitchen for just a minute.  We don't know how he got to it on the counter, he's quite the shorty, but he sure did and he sure enjoyed it!

New Addition

We have been having a hectic but awesome couple of days with the new arrival of Aubree!  Here are a few pictures and details of the excitement!

We arrived at the hospital at 3:00 pm... at 6:40 pm our darling Aubree arrived.  Many thanks to her for being a smaller baby than Chace and coming so quickly! Chace came to meet his sister that evening... but really was more interested in mom's hospital snacks and cookies. :)
Aubree loves being with her dad.  They cuddle all the time and she calms down so well when he holds her.  Already has him wrapped around her finger!
Since we've been home, Chace has mixed feelings, but for the most part he loves his sister.  We've just got to work on the being gentle part.

Who doesn't love an Easter Egg Hunt?

We hope you are having a very Happy Easter!  Chace enjoyed his little Easter egg hunt when he woke up from his hap!  He had to open each egg when he found it and stuff the marshmallows that were inside into his mouth.  No saving this kid's Easter "candy"! :)

And of course if you are apart of this family, you must somehow incorporate sports into the fun!

Chace also loved his new puzzle!  Pretty low key Easter but it has been great just to spend time together, awaiting the arrival of this new little gal due any day now!

Little Gardner

We decided to plant a few plants again on our balcony and this year we had a little helper!  Look at how good he is at moving that dirt!  I think their was more on the cement and on Chace's face than in the pots.  All boy that's for sure!
