Needless to say, we were a little dirty and wet by the time we left for home but we love that our kids love to be outside "in da mountains" as Chace would say! :)

Enjoying the Great Outdoors
A couple of weeks ago we went up the canyon to roast some hotdogs and marshmallows for dinner. I love having the canyon so close! In all the pictures Chace has the same stick that became his "fishin' pole". He was devastated when we "forgot" to take it home. (Long sticks and little sisters are not a good combination!)
Needless to say, we were a little dirty and wet by the time we left for home but we love that our kids love to be outside "in da mountains" as Chace would say! :)

Fourth of July
The week of the Fourth was pretty packed for us with lots of time with family and friends! This is my favorite Holiday and there are so many reasons why. First off I can't get enough of the patriotic spirit and unity we all feel on one day. Too everyday can't be like the Fourth of July!
We celebrated the actual day by of course watching the parade! Luckily it was a pretty short one so the kids did great. :)
After the parade we went to see if Chace would want to play any games or ride any rides at the city celebration but really all he wanted to do was push Aubree around in the stroller, which he could do at home without running into people, so we headed back to Grandma and Grandpa Saunders' house. Chace was smart and decided to cool down in the irrigation water with Cam, what a boy! :)
We also got to go to the Hansen's place to celebrate the twins' bday that is coming up! Hailey and I made the cakes for them and they turned out better than we thought they would! :) It was a fun afternoon with more great family!

Little Funny Moments
What did people do when phones with amazing cameras didn't exist!? I'm so glad we can catch these cute little moments where ever we go!

Quarter of a Century!
Well, I hit the big 25 this past week and was spoiled in the process! Just a quick recap:

Then Trav surprised my in the evening with two of my fabulous best friends showing up for a BBQ!
On Sunday we had a great little get together with my family as well!
