County Fair

This past Wednesday we went to the Box Elder County Parade and Fair with the Hansens.  We had a great time, especially since Chace loves everything that makes up a parade: horses, tractors, firetrucks and candy! :)

4 Months

Aubree turned a whole 4 months last week, what a gal! :)  The shots sure did this little pickle in:

She normally doesn't just fall asleep while sitting up. :)

She weighed in at a modest 12 lbs., 5 oz. and 23 1/4 in. long.  (Chace was 2 lbs heavier and 2 in. longer than her at 4 months.  She's just an itty bitty thing!)  She is doing so good at sleeping and she decided to roll over for the first time from her back to her tummy and then back over again on the day of her appointment.  What a champ!  Still doesn't have much hair, but I figured that would be the case since Chace's didn't start coming in until about 8 months.  Oh well, the cute pigtails can wait.

In Chace Land, he's just thinking he's the coolest kid ever these days and sure runs the show (despite our hardest efforts!) Haha  We sure love this kid and the entertainment he gives us daily!

Island Park

At the beginning of August we went on a little vacation with the Saunders fam to Island Park.  I took lots of pictures so I'm going to break up the posts so as to not overwhelm (myself mostly).

This is before we even made it to Island Park, we had to take a lunch and run around break in Idaho Falls.  Chace loved getting out of the car and quickly had some squirrel friends.

And of course, Aubree just hung out in her "box".  :) Thanks so much Cami!!

Best Big Brother

We just got back from a great little vacation which I will post about soon, but for now I just wanted to post some cute big brother moments from the last few weeks like this one that makes me smile. (Maybe one day Aubree's hair will start coming in.)

Chace is always trying to share his food with Aubree.  He doesn't quite get the fact that she doesn't eat that food yet so when he found the felt food I randomly made a while ago, he was loving that we'd let him "feed" it to Aubree.  It was pretty darn cute!
