We're Engaged!

November 15th, 2008 was a beautiful day which worked out perfect for Trav's plan to take me to Hardware Ranch. We couldn't have asked for better weather! (Little did I know Travis had a few more plans for the day besides just hiking!) Travis told me he'd pick me up at 10 and not to be late, so I was ready to go when he came and we headed up beautiful Blacksmith Fork Canyon. When we got up to the Ranch we walked along the main trail and then at a certain spot Travis lead us off the trail and we started hiking further up. We made it to the top of one pretty steep hill and I began to wonder if he had something up his sleeve, but when he turned right around and headed back down the hill, I told myself I was crazy for getting my hopes up!:) However, on our way down, he led me to a certain tree where a big white box of flowers was sitting,(which were my favorite flowers by the way!)along with a little picnic. The ring was tied on top of the flowers. It was there, with a beautiful view, that Travis got down on his knee and asked me to marry him. I couldn't have asked for a better engagement story! We're so excited and I sure feel lucky! :) -Britt

Halloween

We visited both the Saunders and Hansens on Halloween. Took Hailey and Camron Trick-or-Treating and then went to see Mitch, MaKenzie and Shaneal's stashes they made!

MaKenzie, Britt and Trav

Trav's family came up to Logan! They're building a new house in Tremonton so they were shopping for supplies at Lowes. We met them there and then went out for ice cream at Charlie's!

Nothin like a rainy day football game! Here we are watching Travis' brother Mitch play football in the pouring rain, but what better way to get into the game!

Flaming Gorge

We went to Flaming Gorge with Britt's family over Fall Break in October. It was gorgeous and the weather was perfect! We fished...a lot...and had a wonderful time. Hailey was so excited that Travis was coming on the annual Flaming Gorge trip and of course we got to hear Grandpa Saunders' classic camping stories! We had a wonderful time!
